Diceware™ refers to a highly-secure, manual method of generating random pass phrases using physical dice. According to the Diceware™ website, passwords are generally sufficient for logging into computer systems and pass phrases are necessary when using encryption systems. However, there is no reason a pass phrase cannot be used when logging into computer systems, particularly when they are now so simple to generate.
